I have just left the salon after my first appointment here with Irena. I went in with a half semi-blonde, half dark brown head, with dreams of eventually becoming blonde. I took advantage of the half price highlights offer (which is unbelievable value) and I have left the salon a beautiful, even shade of caramel/honey blonde. I didn't think it would make such a difference on my first full head of highlights as my hair was so dark, but it really has! Irena explained everything to me fully before she did it which was great, and she really seemed to care that I went blonde "properly", rather than just rush in with bleach and ruin it, absolutely could not fault my experience at all, will most definitely be back and recommending to all my friends, thankyou!!

Your question or comments: Robert is a hairdressing wizard. I have lived in the north for a while now and he is the only person to actually listen to what i wanted and carry that request out. Could not recommend this salon more - !st class service and just about to book my next appointment with there amzing online service!!

The £15 offer for wash/cut/blow-dry is great. Pleased with my hair cut so would recommend. Only criticism is although the staff were pleasant, they weren't particularly chatty.

Your question or comments: I was very satisfied by the service that they provided. I wanted a haircut (including a fringe!) and colouring. Irina listened to me very carefully and asked questions to make sure that she understood what I wanted. I only showed her a thumbnail picture (through my i phone)of the hair cut I was after, and she gave me the exact style that I asked for. This is the first time in my life that I felt that a stylist paid attention to what I wanted rather than imposing what they think would suit me the best. I am very pleased with the results and I get many compliments about my new hair style and colour. Irina takes her job very seriously and she is very good at it.

I have just had lowlights and a completely new style done by Robert and it looks absolutely brilliant even if I do say so myself. I rarely leave a salon feeling this good about a style but Robert is amazing and I will keep returning.

Loved it. Went to have my haircut today by Irina. She made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before washing my hair and then double checked before she started cutting that she understood. I loved this and really appreciated it as I can never see what the hairdresser is doing (I wear glasses normally and take them off to have my haircut). I felt like it was real value for money (particularly as I used the 1st time offer of a £15 cut and blowdry) and it was a quality cut,I would definetly recommend it. Thank you!

Had my hair done this week by Vicki and I have to say that I could not be more pleased! She was absolutely wonderful and really put me at ease. My previous cut at a different salon was terrible and Vicki worked really hard to sort it out. Fabulous colour and great cut...like my previous cut 'never happened'! Will definitely be back again! I've just come back from my hair appointment with Irina- fantastic. This is just the place I've been looking for. No fuss or pulaver- just a professional job done by an expert without incessant chatter and fuss. All this and a bargain price too!! definitely highly recommended.

Just came back from a cut and blowdry today - absolutely loved the whole experience! It was quite unnerving going to a new stylist but Vicky had been absolutely fantastic with my hair! She really listened to what I want and I am very satisfied with the result! Will come back definitely!

First time in today but it wont be the last :). I was quite scared to get my hair done in a new place, but there really wasnt anything to fear. My hairdresser, Vicky put me at ease. She works around what u like, giving her opinion. All the staff in there are lovely, easy to talk to (( and while ur waiting, you get a free cuppa tea ;) xx

I just came back from the hair salon and I was extremely satisfied with my new hairstyle. I've never been to a hair salon in newcastle before so it was difficult to decide which one to go for but found this salon on google and they had lots of good reviews so I decided to give it a go. The results were amazing. I had no idea which style would suit me when I came in but Rob was a wonderful consultant and I went for his recommended style. Absolutely love the transformation and my hair looks a lot better than before. My husband also loves it very much, The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Thanks Rob for the wonderful haircut and the cup of tea. Will come back here again once Im bored of this hairstyle.

Just come back from this salon, really lovely job by Irena. Have been to a few 'top' Newcastle salons and was not impressed. This was a great place and the introductory offer is fantastic

Visited this salon for the first time a few weeks ago to have the Kerastraight treatment applied. The staff were very friendly and professional and I am absolutely delighted with the results of the treatment. Having struggled with my thick frizzy hair for years I can now easlily blow dry and maintain my hair with no frizz and shiny reults. I would recommend this treatment to anyone with frizzy / wavy / unmanageable hair, as it is worth every penny. I will continue to have this done every 6 months. Fantatsic.
